アコヤパールといえば、「白い一連のネックレス」。
古くから親しまれ、特別なシーンに欠かせないジュエリーです。
わたしたちが目指したのは、パールのまだ見ぬ魅力を引き出した、
新たな一連のネックレスを作ること。
nodaneはパールの本質をもう一度見つめ直す事からはじまりました。

普段、宝石として目にすることができるパールのほとんどは養殖パール。
その基となるのが、貝殻でできた「パール核」です。 この無垢で繊細な美しい素材に、私たちは「PEARL PIT（真珠の種）」と名付け、表に出すことで、新しいパールジュエリーのカタチをつくりました。
nodaneのジュエリーは「AKOYA PEARL」と「PEARL PIT」の深い関係性と魅力を楽しむことができるジュエリーです。

養殖パールは、パール核に貝が少しずつ真珠層を重ねることで形成されます。
特にアコヤ貝の真珠層はきめ細やかで透明感があるため、このパール核の品質がアコヤパールの仕上がりを大きく左右します。 そのためパール核は、決して表に出ることがないにも関わらず等級が存在し、職人の手によって丁寧につくられ、厳密に選別されています。 この多くの工程と時間、厳しい選定を経た最高品質のパール核のみが、「PEARL PIT」としてnodaneに使用されています。
cultured pearls are formed by the pearl oyster gradually layering layers of nacre on the pearl nucleus.the nacreous layer of the akoya oyster is particularly fine and transparent, and the quality of the pearl nucleus greatly affects the finish of the akoya pearl.for this reason, pearl nucleus are graded even though they are never exposed to the public, and are carefully made and strictly sorted by craftsmen.only pearl nucleus of the highest quality, which have undergone many processes, time and strict selection, are used in nodane as “pearl pit”.

CRAFTSMAN
吉田貴俊 - Takatoshi Yoshida -
1985年生まれ。京都造形芸術大学の空間演出デザイン学科ファッションデザインコース卒業後、セレクトショップでの勤務、アパレルブランドのプレスを経て、家業であるパールの仕事に就く。
彫金を学ぶ傍ら、パールに携わって10年の節目にパールジュエリーブランド「sCenes」をスタート。
これまでに無いパールの表現を目指した「nodane」では、新しい付加価値の創造を追求し続けていく。
